Nunzio George Madore

Nunzio George Madore was born on April 16, 1919 in Norristown, PA and was baptized on August 10, 1919 by Reverend Charles L. Sangermano. His father, Nunzio Madore, died from the influenza about two months before George was born.

George served his country in the Navy during World War II. His mother Virginia used to call him "Frank Sinatra".

George married Isadora Macconi at Our Lady of Perpetual Health Church, Morton, PA on November 30, 1945. Father Peter J. Cruise officiated. Sadly, George got divorced from his wife and lost contact with his children.

George was a gentle, kind and intelligent man who would do anything for anyone.

George always loved Cadillac’s and had a 2000 Sedan DeVille with the license plate "GM2000". General Motors Corporation has a picture of this rare plate. George worked on guns and was an early riser, often beginning his day at 3:00 a.m. He often frequented the Tom Jones diner in Brookhaven.
